Designed by Olsen-Kundig Architects, the waterfront real estate where chicken point cabin now lies was bought by a family who lives in Northern Idaho. The family’s main concern was to have the property be as accessible to the water as possible. This in turn lead Olson Kundig architecture firm to design a massive window wall that opens the house to the water using a manual hand crank.
