Our project aims to reimagine the museum as an experience. Instead of looking at the institution as a building or political structure, we are interested in the institution of viewing art and the inter-relationship between artist // viewer // art.
Moving away from art as an object, we focus on performance / continuous activity or experience had between individuals. Our design implements ideas of displaying the art process, reproduction, recreating, and continuous work. We shift the museum function from collecting and displaying art to a place where art practices will occur.
