By creating an airport city with an evolving "knowledge economy," we were able to revive the Flushing Meadows Corona Park in New York.. The "knowledge economy" refers to an economic system that places a premium on knowledge-based skills, information, and innovation. This means that beyond being a transportation hub that moves away from car-oriented transit, our intervention also caters to new residential buildings, offices, and various economic stimulators like retail and commercial shops.
